Cadets
Cadets are generally engineering, building or construction management undergraduate students in their final year(s) of studying towards their degree. A cadetship provides the opportunity to work at Baulderstone whilst completing the degree part-time.
While cadets have generally been with us on work experience, applications may also be submitted at any point throughout the year.
