Baulderstone Energy Efficiency Opportunities Report
The Federal Government's Energy Efficiency Opportunities (EEO) programme encourages large businesses to improve their energy efficiency. It does this by requiring businesses to identify, evaluate and report publicly on cost effective energy saving opportunities.
Baulderstone is pleased to provide the attached EEO Report for 2008/2009. Notable energy efficiencies and savings have been achieved and it is anticipated that EEO outcomes will continue to build as we progress with identified initiatives involving a broad range of stakeholders.
Highlights from the report include the improved sustainability practices on major projects. For example, the more efficient use of cranes, the use of ready-made bondeck and other techniques and methods that reduce plant movement.
