This project is the first office building for the ANU Exchange. The ANU Exchange was established for the development of collaborative precinct that would foster new partnerships between the ANU and business that will create new learning as well as adapting research to commercial application, and bring a wider economic benefit to the community.

The form of the building has been designed to take into account the visual address provided by the Alinga Street vista, the park to the north, and the lower scale, community nature of Childers Street.
There are 2 entry lobbies, one at Marcus Clarke Street and one at Childers Street. These entries are flanked by glass backed lift shafts and vertical blade elements on the facade of the building.
