Baulderstone completed a new facade on a 19-level office building on the corner of Walker and Berry Streets in North Sydney.
The works involved extending the buildings floor area by 600mm on each elevation and then over-cladding the entire building with a new faade.

Baulderstone completed a new facade on a 19-level office building on the corner of Walker and Berry Streets in North Sydney. The works involved extending the building’s floor area by 600mm on each elevation and then over-cladding the entire building with a new façade. On completion of the facade, Stage 2 commenced involving the gradual (over five years as tenancies became available) internal removal of the existing façade and minor alterations to the building’s services. Baulderstone will maintain a liaison role only throughout Stage 2.
A major consideration of this project was that the building was completely tenanted throughout the works, and extensive traffic management and tenant liaison plans were implemented as part of the works.
