Broadbeach on the Park is an apartment development constructed on a prime 3066m² site overlooking Victoria Park at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast directly opposite the Casino and Convention Centre. The 21-level contemporary style tower features one penthouse and 132 prestige one, two and three bedroom apartments. The apartments cater to both owner occupiers and investors with some designed as dual-key units which can be split for the purpose of dual holiday letting.
Apartments range in size from an average 66m² for a one bedroom to 143m² for a three bedroom unit and includes a 500m² penthouse. All feature ducted air conditioning, granite kitchens and bathrooms, imported ceramic tiles, European appliances and tapware and three levels of secure basement parking.
The resort-style development also includes a leisure pool and spa plus 25-metre lap pool, gymnasium and sauna, games room, barbecue area, high-tech conference facilities and al fresco dining retail outlets. The building is serviced by three lifts and a security entry system.
