A new $10 million hydroelectric power station was designed and constructed at Dartmouth Regulatory Dam in Banimboola, in partnership with GE Energy, to produce an environmentally friendly, clean burning, renewable energy source.

Numerous challenges presented such as ensuring embedded items in large concrete pours were within 2mm tolerance for GEs mechanical components.
