The Digital Media Centre and Graduate School of Business will be the fourth building on the campus for the University of Wollongong.
The project is 'Construct only', with minor design elements (post tensioning, lifts, curtain wall).
The project is in part a collaborative partnership between the University of Wollongong and the TAFE NSW-Illawara Institute, to provide a state of the art Multimedia and Design Training Centre within a building which also houses the University of Wollongong's Graduate School of Business. The Graduate School of Business will relocate from the main campus.
The building will be used for academic research, education and training purposes and includes a film/ television studio, animation room, computer labs, workspace, editing rooms research areas, teaching space, office accommodation, entrance and exhibition space, amenities and building services.

The building has one lift, and the gross floor area is approximately 3,270m2.
