WT Partnership These distinctive serviced apartments were the result of a $20 million conversion project. Boasting southerly views over the Crown Casino and Port Phillip Bay, the project included conversion of an office building into a 20-level residential complex.
The project called for the construction of two penthouse apartments, an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, convention room and licensed restaurant and bar. We also created a 24-hour building security system and undercover parking for 120 vehicles.
The existing façade was demolished and a new one installed from the top down. Other structural changes included the relocation of lift shafts and emergency stairs. We were also able to accommodate last minute modifications to the apartment designs, despite the advanced stage of construction.
